I revisited every screen in the app with key UX goals in mind, focusing on improving day 1 and day 2 user retention, facilitating new project creation, and increasing Pro subscription conversions. Each update was tracked to measure its impact on these specific goals.


Creating a Cohesive Style Guide and Component Library


To bring consistency across the app, I developed a new style guide and component library. This foundational work ensured a unified visual language and provided a framework for future design updates.


Enhancing Accessibility with Light and Dark Modes


Recognizing the importance of accessibility, I considered every component and page in both light and dark modes. This approach allowed users to customize their experience, enhancing the app’s usability and visual appeal.


Pixel-Perfect Design Meets Front-End Precision


Combining my pixel-perfect design skills with usability research and customer journey mapping, I was able to assess pain points with project creation and organization, bring these updates to life with precision, ensuring that each detail contributed to a polished and cohesive user experience.
